Purchase for personal use only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.


Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time

Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify us with your order number provided. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We only ship in Europe. A fixed rate is defined for the shipment of each type of product in Europe.
If the actual cost of shipment is higher at the time of dispatch, AEIOU reserves the right to contact the customer to communicate the updated price of the shipment.
In the event of non-acceptance, AEIOU reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the customer and proceed with the total refund.


Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on AEIOU accurately. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. If you don’t wish to take this in account, we suggest you choose from our black n white products.
